Managing your health online

There are other tasks you can do online, like:

• order repeat prescriptions
• view your test results
• see parts of your health record
• make or cancel appointments
• see your vaccination record

For these, you can use your NHS account/App or SystmOnline. You can access them using their websites or apps.

To set up your NHS account for the first time, you will need to set up an NHS login. Read about how to set up NHS login (nhs.uk).

Once you have set up your NHS login, you can log in to your NHS account or download the NHS App onto your phone.

To set up SystmOnline 

If you are aged 16 or over and would like to be able to make appointments on-line or request your repeat prescriptions you will need to come to register in person at the surgery reception and bring the following documents with you

1. a current form of photo ID eg driving licence or passport

PLUS

2. one utility bill or mobile phone bill or a bank statement bearing
your name / family name and address

Ask the receptionist to register you for online prescriptions and appointments.

If you have children under 12 who live at the same address as yourself, you will need to bring the above documents to register for proxy access for online services.

Children 12-15 years can have their own access

Parental/carer  access can ONLY_be provided with the prior consent of the12-15 year old.
