FLU CLINIC 2019

Dates for this year have been affected by the delay in supply for the vaccines for under 65 years

At present the 2 Saturday clinics will  be for Over 65 years only and will be on

21st September (now fully booked)   and 5th October

Connect Well Essex is an online self-care self-referral tool containing over 400 local activities and services. ‘Social prescribing’ links patients with appropriate, non-medical support and guidance. In the same way that a patient with a prescription can get their medication easily from a pharmacist, they will be able to access the services that will help them improve their wellbeing here on Connect Well Essex.

This site features activities that can help people make positive changes in their lives and within their communities by linking to voluntary and community groups and other non clinical services that can help them to feel more involved in the community, meet new people, make some changes to improve health and wellbeing.

Walk-In Service at Burnham Surgery

Since February 2015 we operate a Walk-In Service for all URGENT and ACUTE conditions.

This service will operate between 9:30am until 10:30 all patients in this time will be seen.

By providing this new service it may have a slight knock-on effect to all routine appointments, where patients may have to wait longer for an appointment.

The service has been started as a result of the feedback from the Friends & Family Survey.
