Burnham Surgery now offer an Implant Service - please contact Reception who will arrange an appointment with our Nurse Debbie to discuss this.
If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with the practice nurse to discuss your travel arrangements. This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.

To help us offer the appropriate advice, please fill out the online and hand to reception for a nurse to asses at least 8 weeks before travel. Once form has been assessed a staff member will be in contact arrange an appointment if needed.

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our admin staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.
Please note the reception staff cannot book appointments for private work and all requests should be made in writing enclosing the necessary paperwork where appropriate.

Dementia Advisers can help you find exactly what local support is best for you. They will listen to your needs and offer tailored information and advice and link you up with local professionals and services.
Session starts from 1.30pm with hourly slots which patients/carers/family can book in advance.
If you are unable to attend please advise the surgery and every attempt will be made to arrange a home visit.
